Juan is a Branch Operations Manager for the Omak branch of North Cascades Bank. In this role he is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, including staffing, reporting, and business development. Juan is a community banker at his core. He enjoys the feeling of having contributed to a client’s life in a positive way by listening to their needs, addressing their concerns and guiding them in the right direction. Originally from Jalisco Mexico, Juan grew up in Brewster, Washington and joined North Cascades Bank in 2015. He holds a bachelor’s degree in Finance from Western Washington University and is working towards becoming a Commercial Loan Officer for the bank.
